Edition 2025 — Colli Marittimi Festival

In the summer of 2025, around Ferragosto, the Il Tamburello Festival Area in Casale Marittimo hosted the Colli Marittimi Festival, featuring food stalls by USD Colli Marittimi. Among the seasonal offerings were traditional Maremma dishes such as pork shank with potatoes and Maremma-style tortelli, served in the evening and also at lunch on public holidays.

The 2025 edition of the festival took place in the heart of the summer in Casale Marittimo, in the Province of Pisa, at the Il Tamburello Festival Area. USD Colli Marittimi offered local culinary specialties throughout the Ferragosto evenings: pork shank with potatoes, Maremma-style tortelli with meat sauce or butter and sage, steaks, and grilled meats.

The food stalls opened in the evening from 7:00 PM, with lunch service also available from 12:30 PM on public holidays. The festival confirmed its role as a convivial event of the village summer, nestled in the hills of the Val di Cecina.
