Edition 2025 — Colfiorito Red Potato Festival

From August 8 to 17, 2025, Colfiorito celebrated its Red Potato IGP with the usual festival. The food stands offered gnocchi, baked potatoes, and the sweet potato ring cake, while the market exhibition, children's workshops, and live music every evening enlivened the plateau's square for ten days of celebration.

The 2025 edition of the Colfiorito Red Potato Market Exhibition and Festival took place from August 8 to 17 on the plateau of Colfiorito, a hamlet of Foligno. The Colfiorito Red Potato IGP was the star of the food stands with gnocchi, baked potatoes, and the famous sweet potato ring cake.

Alongside the gastronomy, the market exhibition of typical products, children's workshops, and evening entertainment with live music attracted visitors from all over the region, confirming the festival as one of the most beloved end-of-summer events in the Foligno mountains.
