Clean Up the World in Rome 2025
The 2025 edition of the Roman stage of Clean Up the World took place on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, in the area between the Colosseum and Colle Oppio Park, with the meeting point at Via delle Terme di Tito.
Organized by Legambiente Lazio with the support of the local waste management service, the day combined waste sorting with moments of celebration and awareness: a Swap Party for solidarity-based bartering and the runners for the environment race. The capital's event was also featured in a live television broadcast dedicated to the national campaign, confirming Rome as one of the protagonists of Italy's largest environmental volunteering initiative.
