Edition 2025 — Nardocci's Amatriciana

In 2025, Claudio Nardocci's amatriciana returned to Caselle Torinese with two sessions: a dinner on Saturday, February 8, and a lunch on Sunday, February 9, at the Pro Loco headquarters on Via Madre Teresa di Calcutta. To meet the growing demand, the event was doubled, confirming the success of a festival that had exceeded 200 attendees in previous years.

The 2025 edition was divided into two moments at the Pro Loco of Caselle Torinese headquarters: the dinner on Saturday, February 8 (8:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and the lunch on Sunday, February 9 (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM). The star dish was, as always, the amatriciana prepared by Claudio Nardocci, served in a festive atmosphere that attracted numerous members and enthusiasts. The price was 25 euros for the full price and 10 euros reduced for Pro Loco members, with mandatory booking at the office.
