Civitella Ceppe Festival

The third edition of the Civitella Ceppe Festival was held from August 27 to 31, 2025, in the hamlet of Santa Croce, Civitella del Tronto, in the province of Teramo. Five evenings with free admission, organized by ASD S. Croce, showcased handmade ceppe served in seven variations: traditional meat sauce, white ragù, guanciale with sausage and porcini mushrooms, pistachio pesto with guanciale and ricotta, Amatriciana style, basil pesto, and a vegetarian version.

The menu also included arrosticini, sausage sandwiches, Abruzzo caciotta cheese, tiramisu, and jam ring cake, along with beer, soft drinks, and coffee. Every evening, a free concert brought the square to life: performances included Povia (August 27), Pink Tape (Lucio Battisti tribute, August 28), I Pupazzi with DJ set (August 29), Ligaline Tribute Band with DJ Maga (August 30), and an AC/DC Tribute Band with DJ set (August 31).
