CircoXperience – Science and Circus Festival

First edition (2025)

From July 3 to 6, 2025, the MUSE – Science Museum of Trento hosted the inaugural edition of CircoXperience, the first Italian science and circus festival. For four days, the museum transformed into a large laboratory with 17 artists from all over Europe and over 30 events including shows, workshops, and concerts, all designed to intertwine the wonder of acrobatic movement and scientific curiosity.

The festival, conceived by the MUSE under the artistic direction of Sara Berni, Tommaso Brunelli, and Pietro Olla, in collaboration with the Trentino circus school Bolla di Sapone, offered shows in the garden and museum with free access, as well as workshops and educational activities for children and families included in the entrance ticket, laying the foundations for a summer event destined to become a fixture in the calendar of Trento and the Trentino-Alto Adige region.
