Edition 2025 — CiokoWine Fest
The third edition of the CiokoWine Fest was held in Alcamo from March 21 to 23, 2025, distributed between Piazza Ciullo, the Collegio dei Gesuiti, and the Castello dei Conti di Modica. The event, promoted by the STS Association directed by Erasmo Longo and Giuseppe Fiore with the technical direction of Agave Spettacoli by Andrea Randazzo, confirmed its vocation as a reference food and wine event for Western Sicily.
The program combined food and wine experiences, educational cooking workshops, and entertainment dedicated also to the little ones. Alongside masterclasses and cooking shows with numerous prestigious names in Italian cuisine, the 2025 edition featured CiokoLab, CiokoArt, CiokoSchool, the Cioko-game village, and the Cioko-mascotte, in addition to live shows in the square. The event celebrated the twinning between Alcamo and Modica, cities once united in the County of the Counts of Modica.
