Ciociaria Fettuccine Festival (Agosto Falvaterrano)

The 2025 edition of the Ciociaria Fettuccine Festival renewed a tradition in Falvaterra that has lasted for over forty years. As every summer, the Pro Loco enlivened the Agosto Falvaterrano with its gastronomic evenings, showcasing hand-rolled fettuccine, the true symbol of the Sacco Valley's peasant cuisine.

Among the stalls set up in the historic center, visitors were able to enjoy traditional Ciociarian sauces and local products, from olive oil to cheeses, in a festive atmosphere filled with live music and long outdoor tables. The event confirmed itself as one of the most cherished appointments in the summer calendar of this corner of Ciociaria.
