Edition 2025 — Cioccolata a Squajo

The 17th edition of the Cioccolata a Squajo Festival took place in Tuscania on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, 2025, organized by the Pro Loco. Two days in the historic center featuring the distribution of thick hot chocolate in Piazza Italia, a market, a funfair, a vintage car exhibition, live concerts, and guided tours of the city's Etruscan and medieval monuments.

On Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, 2025, Tuscania hosted the 17th Cioccolata a Squajo Festival, confirming the appeal of one of the most delicious autumn festivals in the province of Viterbo. The distribution of steaming chocolate with artisanal biscuits enlivened Piazza Italia from Saturday afternoon, accompanied by a market, funfair, and face painting by the Italian Red Cross. The side program was rich: a vintage car exhibition along Viale Trieste, the opening of the National Archaeological Museum with exhibitions and guided tours, walks in the medieval village with tastings, and afternoon and evening concerts—from the folk of 'Tre pazzi avanti' to live music by 'Mate' and 'Officina Mariani'—concluding with a Sunday evening DJ set.

Saturday, October 18: 8:30 AM vintage car exhibition on Viale Trieste; 11:00 AM exhibition at the National Archaeological Museum; 3:00 PM start of cioccolata a squajo distribution in Piazza Italia, market and funfair opening; 4:00 PM live music with Mate; 9:00 PM folk concert by Tre pazzi avanti. Sunday, October 19: 10:00 AM chocolate distribution, market and funfair; 10:30 AM archaeological guided tours; 3:00 PM walk in the medieval village with tasting; 3:30 PM live music with Officina Mariani; 6:00 PM DJ set.
