Edition 2025 — Cing'l e Rucl Festival

In the summer of 2025, the Cing'l e Rucl Festival returned to Via Metta in Ordona, confirming its place as a key gastronomic event in the Capitanata summer calendar. The star was the signature water-and-flour pasta tossed with wild arugula from the Tavoliere, served alongside local wine during a popular evening of music and entertainment.

The 2025 edition of the Cing'l e Rucl Festival took place in early August on Via Metta, in the center of Ordona, as part of the town's rich summer event schedule. The food stalls offered the traditional «cing'l e rucl», fresh handmade pasta seasoned with wild arugula, accompanied by wine and typical Apulian products.

As per tradition, the evening combined food tastings with music and entertainment, drawing residents and visitors to the heart of one of the Cinque Reali Siti in the province of Foggia. Admission was free.
