The 20th edition: the twentieth anniversary (2005-2025)

The 2025 edition of CineNostrum, held from July 24 to 27 in Piano Umberto, celebrated the twenty years of the festival under the artistic direction of Cateno Piazza and with the patronage of the Municipality of Aci Catena, led by Mayor Margherita Ferro. The godmother of the edition was actress Maria Grazia Cucinotta.

The four evenings

• July 24 — Talk and screening of Il Postino, with Maria Grazia Cucinotta.
• July 25 — Talk and screening of Gli agnelli possono pascolare in pace, with Maria Grazia Cucinotta.
• July 26 — Celebratory concert for the twentieth anniversary performed by the "G. Verdi" Wind Orchestra.
• July 27 — "Young CineNostrum" evening dedicated to short films and lifetime achievement award to actress Guia Jelo.

Among the guests were also Sicilian directors, actors, and producers such as Luana Rondinelli, Vladimir Di Prima, Antonello Piccione, and Ninni Panzera. Free admission to all evenings.
