Edition 2025 — Cinema under the Stars
The first edition, in summer 2025
«Cinema under the Stars» was born in the summer of 2025 as an experiment by the municipal administration of San Tammaro, in the province of Caserta: to bring open-air cinema to the municipal park, for free, to offer citizens an opportunity for leisure and meeting during the evenings of July and August.
The outcome was better than expected. The organizers speak of a great success and extraordinary participation, such that it made the confirmation of the event the following year natural. The first edition thus defined the formula that was later maintained: evening screenings in the municipal park, completely free admission, no reservations.
The detailed list of films screened in 2025 is not available online, as they were communicated at the time mainly through posters and the Municipality's official channels. However, the important fact remains: from that first summer, the municipal park of San Tammaro became, for a few evenings a year, the town's cinema.
