Edition 2025 — Cinema in Verticale
2025 Edition in San Giorio di Susa
In 2025, Cinema in Verticale offered nine free events, from January 31 to March 29, in the municipalities of the Susa Valley and Val Sangone, all at 8:45 PM with free admission. The festival, a preview of the Valsusa Filmfest, featured films, documentaries, and meetings with authors, mountaineers, and mountain culture experts.
In San Giorio di Susa, at the Salone Polivalente Comunale on Via Carlo Carli, two evenings were held: Friday, February 7, with Paolo Olivero and Franco Olivero Pistoletto and the story "Chimborazo Ecuador: the point on Earth closest to the Sun", and March 14 with the Susa Valley alpine guide Alberto Bolognesi and "Dalla Val Cenischia alla ricerca del fiocco perfetto". For 2025 as well, the format confirmed screenings accompanied by direct dialogue with authors and protagonists, in a journey spread across the territory.
