Edition 2025 — Cinecircolo Romano

The 2024-2025 season was the sixtieth for the Cinecircolo Romano, a milestone celebrating sixty years of continuous activity serving the Roman public. Screenings took place from October 8, 2024, to May 28, 2025, at the Cinema Caravaggio in Parioli, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM, 6:45 PM, and 9:15 PM, with a lineup of Italian and international auteur films selected by the Selection Committee.

Sixty Years of Film Club

The 60th season marked an important anniversary for the Cinecircolo Romano, one of Italy's largest film clubs by membership. The program opened on October 8 and 9, 2024, with A Haunting in Venice by Kenneth Branagh and concluded on May 27 and 28, 2025, with Reading Lolita in Tehran.

Among the titles proposed throughout the year, great international auteurs and contemporary Italian cinema alternated: Perfect Days by Wim Wenders, There's Still Tomorrow by Paola Cortellesi, Parthenope by Paolo Sorrentino, The Old Oak by Ken Loach, and Monster by Kore'eda Hirokazu, in addition to a selection of films from Cannes, the Venice Film Festival, and the Rome Film Fest.
