Edition 2025 — Ciccia
The first edition of Ciccia - Festival della Salsiccia Italiana debuted in Autumn 2025 in Gubbio, in the province of Perugia, establishing itself as the first national festival dedicated to sausage. The widespread tasting format transformed the taverns and squares of the historic center into a gastronomic journey through the sausage-making traditions of all of Italy, featuring sausage makers, regional wineries, and craft breweries, typical bread, live music, concerts, and street artists. The success of the first edition led the organizers to announce the festival's return and evolution for 2026.

Widespread tasting in the historic taverns of Gubbio with sausages and cured meats from all over Italy, pairings with regional wineries and craft breweries, typical bread, live music, concerts, and street artists, and family events. Hours: Friday 5:00 PM-11:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM-11:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM-9:00 PM.
