Edition 2025 — Cicchettando per Ciosa e Marina
The 2025 edition of Cicchettando per Ciosa e Marina confirmed the success of the challenge among Chioggia's (VE) bacari for the best cicchetto. A qualified jury visited the participating venues, evaluating the dishes for quality, creativity, and the use of local ingredients such as anchovies, clams, moeche, and Chioggia radicchio, in a tasting journey through the historic center of the lagoon city.
Programme
The 2025 edition followed the usual format: competition among the bacari in the center, jury evaluation on quality, creativity, and local ingredients, and a tasting route for the public.
