Edition 2023 — Cibus Tec

The 53rd edition of Cibus Tec took place at Fiere di Parma from October 24 to 27, 2023, confirming itself as one of the most important international exhibitions for food technologies. With over 1,200 exhibitors from around 30 countries and more than 40,000 professionals expected from over 120 nations, the edition registered strong global traction, including the best of the Italian mechanical-food industry and over 400 foreign brands.

Cibus Tec 2023: The 53rd Edition

From October 24 to 27, 2023, Fiere di Parma hosted the 53rd edition of Cibus Tec, organized by Koeln Parma Exhibitions. The event brought together over 1,200 exhibitors from approximately 30 countries, including more than 400 foreign brands, with over 40,000 professionals expected from more than 120 nations.

The edition stood out for its strong international focus and Parma's role as a global benchmark in technologies for the production, packaging, and logistics of the food industry. At the end of the event, the next edition for 2026 was announced.
