Edition 2025 — Ciaspomagna Cimbra

The 2025 edition of the Ciaspomagna Cimbra took place on two dates, Saturday, January 18 and Saturday, January 25, 2025, starting from Malga Millegrobbe on the Alpe Cimbra. The approximately 6.7-kilometre nocturnal snowshoe trek guided participants through the snow-covered forests of the Cimbrian Plateaus, with stops dedicated to traditional Cimbrian and Trentino cuisine in an atmosphere made magical by the moonlight.

The 2025 Ciaspomagna Cimbra took place over two evenings, January 18 and 25, starting from Malga Millegrobbe, in the land of the last Cimbrian community in Trentino. The route, approximately 6.7 kilometres long, wound through the snow-covered forests of the Alpe Cimbra under the moonlight.

The 2025 edition also featured the gourmet stops that make the event unique: an aperitif with Trento DOC, polenta and Vezzena fondue, barley soup with smoked bacon, goulash with polenta and sauerkraut, and, to finish, the Cimbrian dessert with hot apple tea. Each date had limited spots and required mandatory booking.
