2025 Edition of the Ciammella Festival

The 47th edition of the Ciammella Festival was held on August 17, 2025, in Scurcola Marsicana, in the Province of L'Aquila. The program kicked off at 5:30 PM with the gathering of folk floats in Piazza Garibaldi, followed at 5:45 PM by a parade through the village streets with participants in traditional attire.

At 7:00 PM, in Piazza della Venere, the distribution of traditional ciammelle and wine served from the historic Fontana della Venere took place; at 8:00 PM, the food stalls opened with local specialties, followed by live music and dancing in the square. The festival also featured a performance by the Venturini choir.
