Edition 2025 — Christmas Wine Art Fest

On Sunday, December 28, 2025, the Municipal Theatre of Cercola hosted the Christmas Wine Art Fest, an event promoted by the Municipality of Cercola with the MAVV – Wine Art Museum and IRVAT (on its 50th anniversary), with the support of the Metropolitan City of Naples. An evening where wine became culture and identity, featuring a scientific conference, the In Vino Veritas awards, the VinCantium show, and tastings of Vesuvius area excellence.

Christmas Wine Art Fest 2025

The first edition of the Christmas Wine Art Fest was held on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at the Municipal Theatre of Cercola on Viale dei Platani. At 5:30 PM, institutional greetings opened the conference "The PAT of the Vesuvius area: valorization, protection, and health", moderated by journalist Antonio Vastarelli, with the participation of professors from the University of Naples Federico II and industry experts.

During the evening, the MAVV "In Vino Veritas" awards were presented to five individuals: Biagio Rossi (Mayor of Cercola), Raffaele De Luca (President of the Vesuvius National Park), Gianni Cicia and Teresa Del Giudice (University of Naples Federico II, Department of Agriculture), and Dario Duro (AMIRA Campania).

At 8:00 PM, the show "VinCantium by MAVV" took the stage, a format created by MAVV president Eugenio Gervasio, featuring mezzo-soprano Alessandra Della Croce, pop tenor Sabba, and pianist Antonio Di Costanzo, hosted by Monica Russo under the artistic direction of Gianmaria Modugno. The evening concluded with a tasting of the food and wine excellence of the Vesuvius territory.
