Christmas 2025 in Moricone

The season opened on December 8th with the inauguration of the restored «Madonnella», the blessing, and the lighting of the Christmas tree together with Mayor Giovanni Battista Pascazi.

On Sunday, December 14th, the market brought Piazza Ranne to life from 9 AM, concurrently with the nature walk in the Monti Lucretili Regional Natural Park; at 10 AM, children's entertainment with Santa Claus was provided by the Italian Red Cross — Sabina Romana Committee, and at 12:30 PM, local restaurants opened with tourist menus.

On Saturday, December 20th, at 2:30 PM, Castello Savelli hosted «Mnemosine», a tasting of Sabina confectionery products. On Sunday, December 21st, at 10 AM, a second market took place in Piazza Sante Aureli with the Moricone Senior Center Aps. On Monday, December 22nd, there was entertainment for children and the delivery of letters, followed by group dancing; on Tuesday, December 23rd, at 9 PM, the former Enal Cinema hosted the Christmas concert by the «Nuova Regillo '83» band. On Friday, December 26th, in Piazza Sante Aureli, there was children's entertainment at 3 PM and a bingo game; on December 27th, the theatrical show by the «U Mascaro» group took place. From January 2nd to 6th, the calendar continued with a charity lunch, DJ sets, a candlelight concert, and the arrival of the Befana.
