Christmas in Umbertide

Christmas in Umbertide 2025 kicked off with the lighting of the festive lights on Sunday, November 30th, extended to the historic center and all hamlets thanks to the involvement of 176 commercial activities coordinated by the Vivi Umbertide association. The program then unfolded until Epiphany.

The heart of the event was the sixth edition of the Author Nativity Scene in Via Garibaldi, curated by Franca Fodaroni: 61 artists from Umbria, Italy, and abroad—including an 11-year-old participant—reinterpreted the theme of angels and the Nativity, with the exhibition open until the end of January. There was also Santa's Village inside the Rocca, along with markets, concerts, and entertainment promoted by the Municipality of Umbertide, the Vivi Umbertide association, and the Pro Loco committees.
