Chocofestival 2025: the sixteenth edition

From November 7 to 9, 2025, with a preview on Thursday, November 6, Corso Marrucino in Chieti hosted the sixteenth edition of the Chocofestival, promoted by Confartigianato Imprese Chieti L'Aquila with the support of the Municipality of Chieti and the Chieti Pescara Chamber of Commerce. The ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, November 7, was attended by the national president of Confartigianato, Marco Granelli.

About fifteen stalls featuring master chocolatiers and pastry chefs from different Italian regions turned the street into a large open-air patisserie. Great emphasis was placed on families, with workshops such as Hands in the Dough, Detective at the Museum, and From Clay to Vase, as well as guided tours of the La Civitella Museum. The program was complemented by events at the Teatro Marrucino, including a lecture by philosopher Umberto Galimberti and a magic show by Andrea Paris. A free shuttle service was provided to facilitate access.
