Choco Marche 2025 — 24th Edition

The 24th edition of Choco Marche animated Piazza Cavour in Ancona from November 21 to 23, 2025, organized by Confartigianato Imprese Ancona-Pesaro e Urbino with the patronage of the Municipality of Ancona and the support of the Marche Chamber of Commerce.

The square hosted 23 stands featuring chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and specialty producers, with a rich schedule of events: 16 free workshops for children, 12 show cooking events with starred chefs and master chocolatiers, tasting lounges, and guided tastings paired with wines from local wineries. Among the international influences was the presence of chef Naho Ota from Milan, who brought the refinement of Japanese cuisine to the world of chocolate. The square was also enlivened by the Choco Circus with performers from the New Circus.
