Choco Italia in Tour - Artisanal Chocolate Fair

The 2025 edition of the Tivoli stop confirmed the formula that made the fair popular: a lively market of pralines, chocolate bars, cremini, nougats, and spreads made with Giffoni PGI hazelnuts, brought to life by master chocolatiers and pastry chefs from all over Italy. The European Cultural Factory of Artisanal Chocolate, open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM, shared the history and processing of cocoa with master chocolatiers from Perugia, while the "chocolatier for a day" activity allowed visitors to create their own personalized chocolate bar. In the afternoon, the "Grandparents and Grandchildren: A World of Chocolate" sessions (at 5, 6, and 7 PM) and, on the weekend, puppet shows featuring Pulcinella from the National Theater of Mauro Apicella took place. Through the "Healthy Snack" initiative, fresh local bread and PGI hazelnut cream supported local volunteer associations.
