Edition 2025 — San Giacomo Festival

In the summer of 2025, Piazza San Giacomo in Laives hosted the neighborhood festival organized by Confesercenti Alto Adige, featuring ballroom dancing, country music, and a day dedicated to children with a farmers' market. A popular and free event that enlivened the San Giacomo district, confirming the successful formula of music, tradition, and family-friendly activities.

The 2025 edition

In July 2025, the San Giacomo festival brought three days of entertainment to Piazza San Giacomo in Laives, organized by Confesercenti Alto Adige with the patronage of the municipality. The program alternated between a 70s and 80s ballroom dance night, a Western-style Country Night, and Children's Day, featuring games, workshops, bouncy castles, and the farmers' market (Bauernmarkt).

The event confirmed its role as a community gathering for the San Giacomo district, bringing together residents and families while promoting local commerce and the typical products of the South Tyrolean region.
