Chicco Maggi Memorial

The third edition of the Chicco Maggi Memorial reaffirmed the bond between sport and solidarity that characterizes the Gropparello event. The closing day, Saturday, June 14, 2025, began early in the morning with the beach volleyball tournament at the "La Castellana" swimming pool, followed by a match between parents and youth players, women's matches, and youth games.

On the competitive front, the Over 35 final saw Lugagnano face Fulgor Fiorenzuola, while the municipal tournament final was won by Piacenza Centro. Among the top performers was top scorer Luca Franchi with 14 goals. The event, organized by Promis Gruparel and the Gropparello Sports Club, presented a check for €1,500 to Lilt of Piacenza.
