Edition 2025 — Wild Boar Festival

The 2025 edition of the Chianni Wild Boar Festival took place over two weekends in November: from the 6th to the 9th and from the 13th to the 16th. The most important event of the year for the Valdera village featured its signature wild boar dishes, alongside markets, live music, and processions by hunting groups in the historic center of the village in the province of Pisa.

In November 2025, the Chianni Wild Boar Festival confirmed its well-established format, spread over two weekends — from November 6 to 9 and from November 13 to 16, from Thursday to Sunday. The food stalls offered penne with wild boar ragù, chiannerina soup, roasted wild boar, sausages, and liver, with lunch and dinner shifts partially requiring reservations. Accompanying the table, as per tradition, were the artisanal market, live music, street food from the Pro Loco, and folkloric processions of hunters through the streets of Chianni's historic center, in the heart of the Pisan Hills.
