Edition 2025 — Chiacchiere e Tortelli

In August 2025, Chiacchiere e Tortelli animated Piazza Aldo Moro in Crema during the Ferragosto period, featuring the 'tortello cremasco' and local specialties ('salame cremasco', 'Salva DOP', 'spongarda', 'bertolina'), live music, and guided walks, confirming the festival dedicated to the city's signature dish.

The 2025 edition of Chiacchiere e Tortelli once again celebrated the 'tortello cremasco' and Crema's gastronomic tradition in Piazza Aldo Moro. Alongside the famous raviolo with its sweet-and-savory filling, the stands served 'salame cremasco', 'Salva Cremasco DOP', 'spongarda', and 'bertolina', accompanied by live music every evening. The event, organized by the Carnevale Cremasco Committee, reaffirmed its successful formula of a festival that combines fine dining, culture, and sustainability in the heart of summer in Crema.
