Edition 2025 — Chestnut Trofie

In 2025, the Chestnut Trofie Festival – Autumn Feast enlivened Busalla with trofie made from chestnut flour, markets, and music. A deeply cherished festival that every autumn celebrates the flavours of the Scrivia Valley's tradition, drawing visitors from all over the Genoese hinterland.

The 2025 edition of the Chestnut Trofie Festival, as part of the Autumn Feast, brought back to Busalla the symbolic dish of the season: trofie pasta made with chestnut flour. The Pro Loco's food stalls, accompanied by markets, music, and entertainment, enlivened the town centre in a celebration of flavours and conviviality. The event, recognized as an Authentic Ligurian Event, reaffirmed the connection between Busalla and the autumn gastronomic traditions of the Scrivia Valley, in the province of Genoa.
