Edition 2025 — Chestnut Festival
In 2025, the hamlet of Buggio renewed the Chestnut Festival, with roasted chestnuts from the Val Nervia woods, autumn dishes, and entertainment in the village alleys, confirming one of the longest-running events in the Pigna hinterland.
In 2025, the Chestnut Festival enlivened Buggio with the distribution of roasted chestnuts and traditional autumn dishes. The stars were the chestnuts from the historic Val Nervia groves, a symbol of the mountain economy of these villages. The festival, in the heart of the Ligurian Alps Park, confirmed the community's strong bond with its territory.
