Edition 2025 — Vezzara Chestnut Festival

In 2025, Conca della Campania dedicated a festival to the chestnut held from August 7th to 11th, featuring food stalls, local products, and initiatives aimed at promoting the iconic fruit of the Alto Casertano. The event involved the Pro Loco and local associations, attracting residents and visitors to the Caserta town at the foot of Roccamonfina.

The 2025 Chestnut Festival

The 2025 edition was held in Conca della Campania, in the province of Caserta, from August 7th to 11th. Five days enlivened by food stalls, local products, and initiatives to promote the territory, with the involvement of the Pro Loco and local associations. The event was part of a broader project to promote the Alto Casertano chestnut, an identity product of the woods covering the slopes of the Roccamonfina volcano.

For the traditional autumn festival in the Vezzara hamlet, now in its thirty-sixth year, the usual period remains late September and early October.
