2025 Edition
The 2025 Cherry Festival was held on Sunday, June 15, in Montagnareale, in the heart of the Nebrodi mountains, in the province of Messina. Organized by the Municipality, the event repeated the successful formula: free tastings of cherries and local products, food stalls with Sicilian specialties, folk performances, music, and dancing in the square.
In 2025, guided tours also accompanied visitors to discover the medieval historic center and the ancient water mill, highlighting the link between the star fruit and the area's rural heritage.
