Edition 2025 — Cheese Saturnia
The 2025 edition of Cheese Saturnia was held from May 1st to 4th in Saturnia, a hamlet of Manciano (Grosseto), in the heart of the Maremma. For four days, the village hosted food stands and tasting trails dedicated to cheeses and local products, from extra virgin olive oil to Morellino di Scansano and other Maremma wines.
Among the key players was the Caseificio Sociale Manciano with its products. The program offered culinary masterclasses with local chefs listed in the Michelin guide, such as Valeria Piccini (Da Caino Restaurant, Montemerano), Marco Franceschetti (Agriturismo Il Cavallino, Semproniano), and Barbara Cannarsa (La Filanda, Manciano), along with an archaeological walk and an educational workshop on cheese production.
