Edition 2025 — Che Salame! Il Varzi DOP
The 4th edition of Che Salame! Il Varzi DOP took place in the medieval village of Varzi with the usual format dedicated to Salame di Varzi DOP: tastings, gourmet tours among historic cellars, and stops at Malaspina Castle, under the organization of the Consorzio di Tutela.
In 2025, the festival once again transformed Varzi into the gastronomic capital of Oltrepò Pavese, with the opening of the village's stone cellars, gastronomic itineraries, and events at Malaspina Castle. The established format, built around guided tastings and pairings of Salame di Varzi DOP with Oltrepò wines, confirmed the event as one of the most anticipated appointments dedicated to the typical products of the province of Pavia.
