Edition 2025 — Châtillon Honey Festival

The XXII edition of the Honey Festival took place in Châtillon from October 24 to 26, 2025. Three days dedicated to Aosta Valley honey and biodiversity, featuring the 'Sapore di Miele' gala dinner at the École Hôtelière, theatrical performances, a round table on the Interreg Api-Alpes project, and the awards ceremony for the 31st Aosta Valley Honey Competition, with 182 samples competing.

The XXII edition of the Honey and Derivatives Festival was held in Châtillon from October 24 to 26, 2025, with three days dedicated to Aosta Valley honey and biodiversity. On Friday, October 24, the festival opened with the 'Sapore di Miele' gala dinner at the École Hôtelière de Châtillon, prepared by fifth-year students, and the launch of the 'Mielando 2025' gastronomic competition.

On Saturday, October 25, the itinerant theatrical performance 'Illustri sconosciuti' (Illustrious Strangers), by Paola Zaramella, offered a journey through the stories and legends of the village of Châtillon, followed by a round table presenting the Interreg 'Api-Alpes' project and a family show by the Circo Pacco company. On Sunday, October 26, in the Sala Don Paolo Chasseur, the awards ceremony for the 31st Aosta Valley Honey Competition took place, with 182 samples presented and categories ranging from high mountain millefiori to rhododendron, linden, dandelion, and chestnut. The guest of honour was the town of Poggio Torriana, 'Honey Town' 2025.
