Cerretti Tripe Festival

The 2025 edition of the Cerretti Tripe Festival confirmed the success of one of the most beloved gastronomic festivals in the municipality of Santa Maria a Monte, in the province of Pisa. For seven evenings in June, around the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the food stalls offered Tuscan-style tripe along with many other regional specialties, accompanied by fine wine and desserts.

As per tradition, after dinner, the party continued with live music, group dancing, and entertainment, while the dinner-and-a-movie evening by reservation combined good food and conviviality. The event, organized by the volunteers of the CerrettInsieme Association with municipal patronage, attracted visitors from all over the Valdarno and Valdinievole areas.
