Cerevisia — Trentino Craft Beer Festival

Cerevisia 2025: the eighth edition

The eighth edition of Cerevisia was held from May 9 to 11, 2025, in Fondo, in the municipality of Borgo d'Anaunia, in Val di Non. The festival offered a wide selection of craft beers, with tastings, meetings, workshops, and round tables dedicated to the production process.

The novelty of this edition was the presence of two breweries from South Tyrol, Monpiër de Gherdëina and Birra Laurina, alongside the Trentino breweries Bionoc', Birrificio Rezia, Birra Fon, Sunrise, Birrificio Km8, Birra Pejo, and Plotegher Beer. The public could vote for their favorite beer, with the winning labels awarded on Sunday afternoon. There was also live music, both acoustic and electric, and activities for children. Admission was free.
