Edition 2025 — Ceresio Carnival

In 2025, the Ceresio Carnival once again brought the grand parade of allegorical floats with King Gigio and the Children's Carnival to Porto Ceresio, confirming one of the most beloved traditions of the Varese area on the shores of Lake Lugano.

In 2025, the Ceresio Carnival renewed its historic tradition in Porto Ceresio. The parade of allegorical floats and masked groups, led by the masks of King Gigio and his Queen, wound through the town centre amidst music and colours.

The celebration, organized by the Pro Loco with the involvement of associations and volunteers, also included the Children's Carnival, confirming its popular and family-friendly character on Lake Lugano, in the province of Varese.
