Centuripe Carnival

The 2025 Centuripe Carnival renewed the appointment with one of the most cherished festivals of the Municipality of Centuripe, in the province of Enna. From Fat Thursday to Shrove Tuesday, the historic center was filled with allegorical floats, costumed groups, and popular satire, the result of the work of volunteers and master artisans.

The masked parades followed the traditional route from Piazza Lanuvio to Piazza Duomo, accompanied by music, dancing in the square, and entertainment for children. The event concluded on Shrove Tuesday with the grand parade and the awards ceremony for the best costumes and creations. In 2025, a summer version of the Carnival was also held at the end of August.
