Edition 2025 — Cena in Bianco

On August 18, 2025, Pulsano dressed in white: Piazza Castello hosted the Cena in Bianco, a grand feast under the stars to dine together in an evocative corner of the village, transformed for one evening into an open-air dining room dedicated to total white. Residents and visitors set up their own tables while respecting the rule of absolute white, creating a collective scenography in the heart of the historic center.

The 2025 edition of the Pulsano Cena in Bianco took place on Monday, August 18, 2025, in Piazza Castello, in the heart of the historic center. For one evening, the village lit up with whiteness: set tables, tablecloths, outfits, and decorations, all strictly white, formed a single, elegant table under the stars.

Faithful to the white dinner formula, the event invited participants to bring their own dinner and set up their tables in compliance with the total white rule, thus contributing to a shared scenography. The evening combined the convivial Puglian tradition with the refined atmosphere of the ritual, confirming the Cena in Bianco as one of the most evocative summer events in Pulsano, a town in the province of Taranto overlooking the Ionian coast.
