Celebrations of Saint Rita and Saint Anthony

The 2025 edition of the Celebrations of Saint Rita and Saint Anthony in Portogruaro followed the traditional format: the triduum of prayer on the preceding evenings, the liturgical feast on May 22nd with the blessing of the roses and the solemn Mass led by the parish choir, and the concluding Sunday with morning Masses, the blessing of vehicles, and the procession.

The procession wound through the streets of the Sant'Antonio district, accompanied by the chanting of Vespers, renewing a deeply cherished devotion in this small town in the Province of Venice.

The 2025 program followed the usual structure:

• Preparatory triduum on the evenings before May 22nd
• May 22nd — Mass with blessing of the roses and Solemn Mass with the parish choir
• Concluding Sunday — morning Masses, blessing of vehicles, and procession through the neighborhood streets
