Ceglie Food Festival 2025: the 15th edition
From August 22 to 24, 2025, the historic center of Ceglie Messapica hosted the fifteenth edition of the Ceglie Food Festival. The event, with free admission, enlivened squares and alleys with cooking shows, tastings, talks, and masterclasses, confirming the town in the Brindisi province as one of the capitals of Apulian gastronomy.
The main stage in Piazza Plebiscito featured Michelin-starred chefs, producers, journalists, and sommeliers, with Federico Quaranta as the host. The edition placed great emphasis on sustainability, a plastic-free approach, and farm-to-table products, while also providing space for emerging young chefs. Organized by the Municipality of Ceglie Messapica with New Music Promotion, the festival attracted thousands of visitors to the Itria Valley.
