Edition 2025 — Cecamariti Festival

The 2025 edition of the Cecamariti Festival was held on Sunday, July 6th in Orvinio, in Piazza del Comune, with food stalls opening from 12:00 PM. The Pro Loco served cecamariti with tomato and basil sauce, in a simpler version compared to the traditional garlic and chili recipe, accompanied by other local dishes and local wine.

Cecamariti Festival 2025

On Sunday, July 6, 2025, Orvinio hosted a new edition of the Cecamariti Festival, organized as always by the Orvinio Pro Loco. The novelty of the year was the schedule: the stalls opened as early as 12:00 PM in Piazza del Comune, shifting the focus of the festival to lunch and extending the day into the afternoon.

On the menu were cecamariti with sauce, the water, wheat flour, and cornmeal pasta that characterizes the village's cuisine, served with a tomato and basil dressing. The format remained that of a village fair, with free admission, outdoor tables, and the participation of Pro Loco volunteers in preparation and service.
