Edition 2025 — Cazzarielle e Fasciuole

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, the 31st edition of the Cazzarielle e Fasciuole Festival took place in Castel di Sangro. Starting at 6:00 PM, in Piazza del Mercato (Piazza D'Avalos), the AmoRosa Association's stalls offered traditional local pasta and beans, along with other local specialties and typical desserts, in an evening dedicated to conviviality and tradition.

The 31st edition of the Cazzarielle e Fasciuole Festival was held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, in Castel di Sangro, starting at 6:00 PM in Piazza del Mercato. Organized by the AmoRosa Association with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of the Alto Sangro Civil Protection Group and the local Scout group, the event confirmed its role as the only truly authentic local festival remaining. The stars were cazzarielle e fasciuole, the pasta and beans of peasant cuisine, accompanied by other local specialties, a dessert area, and live music.
