Cavù Festival 2025: the ninth edition
From August 5 to 7, 2025, Cagnano Varano hosted the ninth edition of the Cavù Festival Gargano, three days of taste, art, and local heritage in the historic center. The preview on August 5 opened the event with a sensory aperitif and the show Memorie della Foresta, a narrative blending words and song performed by the group Rione Junno and actress Claudia Lerro.
On August 6, following a guided excursion to discover the springs of Lake Varano organized by Slow Food Gargano, the Percorso Cavù opened, featuring an itinerary through food stalls, artisan displays, installations, and live music with folk and world music groups. The final day on August 7 combined a guided tour of the town, a moment dedicated to astronomical observation, and the last leg of the Percorso Cavù, confirming the event as one of the most defining appointments of the Cagnano summer.
