Edition 2025 — Fat Ox Fair

The 219th edition of the Cavriago Fat Ox Fair took place on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in Piazza Zanti and the streets of the center. Among the highlights were the 24th National Exhibition of Reggiana Breed Cattle, the 41st "Tipico & Tipico" Food and Wine Exhibition, cracklings in Piazza Benderi with 20 pork butchers, and the traditional market, with the inaugural ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:15 AM.

219th Edition — Sunday, March 30, 2025

The 219th Fiera del Bue Grasso was held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in Cavriago. The ribbon-cutting ceremony and inauguration took place at 11:15 AM in Piazza Zanti.

The protagonist was the 24th National Exhibition of Reggiana Breed Cattle, with the parade and evaluation of the animals in the afternoon. The food and wine section was entrusted to the 41st "Tipico & Tipico: flavors and aromas" Food and Wine Exhibition, with tasting and sale of typical products. In Piazza Benderi, the 20 pork butchers from "Ciccioli in fiera" prepared cracklings in wood-fired cauldrons, accompanied by gnocco and fried polenta, while along Via della Repubblica and Via Rivasi, the traditional market and craft stalls were held.
