Edition 2025 — Cavatello Festival

The 12th edition of the Cavatello Festival took place in Castelfranco di Sotto over the two weekends of July 12-13 and 19-20, 2025, at the Contrada San Michele in Caprugnana headquarters on Via Romeo Biagi. For four evenings, food stalls served cavatello with Tuscan sauces and numerous other specialties, with live music enlivening every night.

The 2025 edition marked the twelfth edition of the Cavatello Festival, spread over two weekends in July (12-13 and 19-20) at the headquarters of the Contrada San Michele in Caprugnana, in Castelfranco di Sotto (PI). The district volunteers prepared cavatello, the fresh pasta of Molise origin topped with traditional Tuscan sauces, along with many other local specialties. Every evening was animated by live music, confirming the festival as one of the most beloved summer gastronomic events in the town and the lower Pisan Valdarno.
