Edition 2025 — Cavateddi and Crastuna Festival

The 2025 edition of the Cavateddi and Crastuna Festival took place from May 1st to 4th, 2025, in Piazza Vito Bugliarello in Floridia (SR). Four days dedicated to cavateddi, the handmade durum wheat semolina pasta, and crastuna, the traditional Iblean snails, featuring tastings, local product stalls, crafts, vintage car and motorcycle parades, a funfair, and evenings of music and entertainment.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Cavateddi and Crastuna Festival was held from May 1st to 4th in Piazza Vito Bugliarello, in the heart of Floridia, in the Province of Syracuse. For four days, the square hosted the best of local popular cuisine, with cavateddi dressed in the traditional way and crastuna prepared on the spot as the absolute stars.

The program offered tastings of typical products and regional specialties, exhibition stalls for local businesses and artisans, vintage car and motorcycle parades, a funfair for families, and four evenings of music and entertainment. The event was organized by Club Musica Sound, confirming the festival as one of the most beloved gastronomic appointments in the Floridian calendar.
