Edition 2025 — Cavalese Farmers' Market

In the summer of 2025, the Cavalese Farmers' Market took place every Wednesday from July 9th to August 27th, starting at 8:00 AM, in Piazza Italia. Producers from Val di Fiemme and surrounding areas enlivened the center with honey, fruits, vegetables, jams, cheeses, meats, fish products, fruit juices, medicinal plants, and zero-mile organic produce.

Cavalese Farmers' Market 2025

The 2025 edition of the Cavalese Farmers' Market was held every Wednesday from July 9th to August 27th, starting at 8:00 AM, in Piazza Italia, in the heart of the historic center of Cavalese (province of Trento). The zero-mile market brought together farmers from Val di Fiemme and neighboring valleys, with stalls full of honey, seasonal fruits and vegetables, jams, and organic products, as well as cheeses, meats, fish products, fruit juices, and medicinal plants from beekeeping.

As every year, the Wednesday event represented an authentic way for residents and tourists to get to know the mountain agriculture of Trentino-South Tyrol, buying directly from producers in the picturesque setting of Piazza Italia.
